Terms of Use
Last updated September 17, 2026
By using CFB Intelligence Hub, you agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Service purpose
The Hub provides college-football information, rankings, statistical models, predictions, schedules, and a recreational Pick ’Em experience. Model outputs and projected lines are informational and are not guarantees of outcomes or financial or gambling advice.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. You may delete your account at any time through the Profile area or the public account-deletion page.
Pick ’Em
Pick ’Em selections lock according to the product rules shown in the app. Scoring, slate composition, and leaderboard calculations may be corrected when necessary to fix data or technical errors.
Third-party information and marks
College, conference, media, sports-data, and other names or marks referenced in the Hub remain the property of their respective owners. CFB Intelligence Hub is an independent product and is not presented as an official product of any school, conference, poll, or sports-data provider.
Availability
The service may be changed, updated, suspended, or corrected as needed. While the Hub uses automated integrity checks and monitoring, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
