Privacy Policy
Last updated September 17, 2026
CFB Intelligence Hub is a college-football information, model, and Pick ’Em product. This policy explains the information used to operate the service.
Information we process
When you create an account, the service processes your email address, username, display name, authentication information, Pick ’Em selections, leaderboard and weekly-history information, and account timestamps. The service also uses operational logs and request identifiers to secure, troubleshoot, and improve reliability.
How information is used
Account information is used to authenticate you, sync picks across devices, calculate leaderboard results, send service notifications such as Pick ’Em reminders or slate-change notices, provide support, and protect the service from abuse or technical failures.
Service providers
The service relies on infrastructure and service providers including Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for application hosting, and Resend for transactional email. Public sports data may be obtained from third-party sports-data sources used by the Hub.
Account deletion
You can initiate permanent account deletion from your Profile inside the product or from the public account-deletion page. Account deletion removes the authentication account and account-linked profile, picks, and leaderboard history, subject to any limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Security
CFB Intelligence Hub uses authenticated sessions, database access controls, kickoff locking for Pick ’Em, and operational monitoring intended to protect account and application data.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the service, native apps, or data practices change. The latest version will remain available at this URL.
